◆盤勢分析
歐美經濟數據表現優，激勵歐美股市走強，16 日台股受大型股獲利了結，資金轉往中小型股影響，大盤連三日收跌，其中，水泥、電器、玻璃、橡膠等類股跌逾 1%，表現弱於大盤。

16 日台股高點一度站上五日線，惟國內大型金控驚傳超貸案、市場擔心中國債市暴跌倒帳風恐吹向台灣，漲多金控股走疲，最後一盤殺尾大量，使得大盤日線同周線同步收黑，周量連三周減少。籌碼方面，外資終止連八買，自營商連五賣，投信由賣轉買。由於指數位於高點，市場居高思危警覺性高，外資台指期淨多單減少 8845 口至 6.4 萬餘口，台指選擇權淨空單增加 709 口至 6.4 萬餘口，顯示其操作偏保守，若 9296 點川普防線未破，台股多頭仍有上攻機會，可留意跌深中小型業績轉佳股逢低操作。
